Important skills at Level 3 are problem solving and independent work.The CNDS challenges describe some important challenges which involve problem solving, but outlining a common networking problem, and then providing a problem which should be solved in the indepentent learning time. The current challenges are:

Research

Along with problem solving, a key skill at Level 3 is independent reserach, and to be able to appraise differing technologies, and contrast them.
